James F. Ralls, Jr.
Born in Kansas City, Missouri, 1953; was admitted to the Missouri bar on September 2, 1978; also admitted to practice before U.S. Supreme Court, Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. District Court in Western District of Missouri; Preparatory education, Valparaiso University (B.A. 1975); legal education, Valparaison University (J.D. 1978); he served as President of the Board of Police Commissioner for the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department (1995-1998); he also served on the Port Authority for the City of Kansas City, Missouri (1998-1999); served as Chairman of the Board of Regents of Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, Missouri (1998 to 2010). Member: Clay County Bar Association and The Missouri Bar.
